About Me
Hi, I’m Greta — I’m so glad you’re here.
My yoga journey began in 2019 in India, where I completed my first teacher training in restorative Hatha yoga. What started as a personal exploration slowly became something I felt called to share.
For years, I practiced quietly, integrating what yoga was teaching me about presence, sensitivity, and trust. When I was invited to teach my first class, I was terrified of being visible — yet with every relaxed face at the end of a session, my confidence grew. Teaching became less about “doing it right” and more about creating space to soften.
Over time, I deepened into Yoga Nidra, embodied practices, and long-term Vipassana meditation. These teachings helped me cultivate steadiness, self-trust, and a compassionate relationship with my inner world.
Today, I share yoga and awareness-based practices to support restless minds and overworked nervous systems — for anyone longing to return home to themselves.
